As Spacre Yazılım Bilişim Teknolojileri Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Spacre”), we care about the security of your personal data. This notice is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform people who visit spacre.net, contact us through the contact form on the site, or apply for a job, about how their personal data is processed.

Personal data we process
We may process the following personal data that you share with us or that is created when you use our site:
- Identity: your first name and surname
- Contact: your email address
- Professional: the name of the company you work for (optional)
- Request details: the subject you choose and the content of your message; for job applications, the education and work experience you share
- Transaction security: access records such as IP address, date and time, and browser and device information
Please do not share special categories of personal data, such as health, religion or ethnic origin, in your messages.
Purposes of processing
- Reviewing the requests, questions and suggestions you send through the contact form and replying to you
- Holding discussions about enterprise solutions and partnerships, and managing quotes
- Reviewing job applications and contacting candidates
- Running the website, keeping it secure and fixing technical problems
- Meeting our legal obligations and responding to information requests from authorities
How we collect personal data and on what legal basis
Your personal data is collected electronically: through the contact form on our website, and automatically by the hosting infrastructure when you visit the site. It is processed on the following legal bases in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- It is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (quotes, partnerships and job applications)
- It is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation
- It is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right
- It is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (replying to your requests and keeping the site secure)
Transfers of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred, only for the purposes above and with the necessary safeguards, to:
- The service providers that host our website and provide our email services, to run the infrastructure
- Authorised public institutions and courts, where the law requires it and on request
The servers that host our website are located outside Türkiye, so your personal data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as the purposes of processing require and for the retention periods set by law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information about the processing if it is;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to which your personal data is transferred;
- ask for incomplete or inaccurate personal data to be corrected;
- ask for your personal data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK;
- ask for any correction, deletion or destruction to be notified to the third parties your data was transferred to;
- object to an outcome against you that results solely from the automated analysis of your data;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because your personal data was processed unlawfully.
How to apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, you can send requests about your rights in writing, with a wet-ink signature, to our address above: in person, through a notary, or by registered mail with return receipt.
Your application must include your name, surname and signature; your Turkish ID number, or for foreign nationals your nationality and passport number or ID number if any; your residential or business address for notifications; your email address, telephone and fax number, if any; and the subject of your request.
We will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
